2. Refunds for Digital VR Games

  • You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You must not have played the game for more than 2 hours in total.
  • The digital activation key must not have been redeemed or associated with a gaming account.
  • No VR content or in-game items from the purchase must have been accessed or used.
  • Refunds for digital games are not available if the product has been fully or partially consumed, launched multiple times, or otherwise shows signs of extended use.
  • If you experience a critical technical issue preventing gameplay, you may still qualify for a refund, provided that:
    • You report the issue within 10 calendar days of the purchase.
    • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting efforts.

3. Physical VR Game Products

  • The refund request is submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • All components, manuals, and accessories are intact and undamaged.
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.
  • Refunds for opened or used physical games are not granted unless the product is defective. In such cases, contact support within 5 calendar days of receipt for exchange or refund.

  • Items must be in like-new condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Original packaging, cables, manuals, and certification tags must be returned.

5. Downloadable Content and VR Expansions

  • Refunds available if requested within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • Content must not have been downloaded, activated, or used.
  • Once partially used or installed, DLC is non-refundable.

6. Pre-Orders for VR Titles

  • Cancel and request refund at least 2 calendar days before release.
  • No access to early-release bonuses, pre-order content, or closed betas.

  • Content must not be used, modified, equipped, transferred, or redeemed.
